3.1 Plate HTST Sterilizer introduction
Plate HTST equipment is designed for the continuous heating, sterilization, temperature maintenance, and cooling processes of heat-sensitive liquids such as pasteurized milk, yogurt, flavored milk, fresh milk, fruit juice, beer, beverages, fruit wine, ice cream, dairy drinks, concentrated juice, and wine.
Using high precision products/water temperature control, product by the balance tank into the heat exchanger, the heat thermal material part and kill bacteria so cold material after heat transfer temperature reaches the preset value, and then through indirect heating by steam heating to the sterilization temperature, the material in the temperature in the tube to maintain the required temperature for a period of time for ultra high temperature sterilization, After coming out of the temperature holding tube, heat exchange is carried out with the cold material entering the machine, and finally it is cooled to the predetermined outlet temperature in the cooling section. The whole process is carried out in a closed state to ensure the biological stability of the material. And according to the user of the material heating, heat preservation, sterilization cooling of different technological requirements for specific combination system design, to meet all kinds of technological requirements.

Plate HTST Sterilizer s can be connected to separators, degassers, flash evaporators, and other equipment. The outHTST of this equipment is primarily regulated by flow controllers in the feed system. When employing full-flow homogenization, the flow is controlled by the homogenizer. Both heating and cooling of the product occur within the heat recovery section of the plate heat exchanger.
