3.1 Tubular HTST Sterilizer introduction

Tubular pipe in pipe sterilizers are not only suitable for general products but can also be customized to meet specific user requirements. For instance, they can handle products containing particles, those with larger fibrous particles, or medium-to-high viscosity products. This makes them more versatile than conventional sterilizers. Tubular-type sterilizers enable high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature sterilization at 120–140°C for products that are corrosive to dead corners.

Main Components

The Tubular sterilizer primarily consists of a hot water pump, rotary pump (particulate pump, screw pump, twin-screw pump, high-pressure pump), control system, cooling system, steam system, and various valves. It can be integrated with aseptic bag-in-box filling machines.

Application Scope

The Tubular sterilizer primarily enables aseptic production of products such as concentrated juice, tomato paste, ketchup , sauce , High-viscosity cream, and jam, ensuring long-term preservation of product quality and freshness.
