1.Condenser: In this configuration, the purpose of the exchanger is to allow the transformation of a gas into a liquid. The role of the exchanger, as its name indicates, is to condense steam on a cold surface. The condenser is therefore a refrigeration system that allows a heat exchange between a refrigerant and an external medium, ensuring the change of state of the fluid at constant pressure and then its desuper heating as well as its sub-cooling. 3.1 Tubular heat exchanger is the most widely used heat exchanger in dairy, food, beverage, chemical and alcohol production.
It is mainly composed of shell, tube plate, heat exchange tube, head, baffle plate and so on.
The required material can be made of ordinary carbon steel or stainless steel (Sus304, 316L, SMO254, SS2205 etc ).
During heat exchange, a fluid enters from the connecting pipe of the head, flows in the pipe, and flows out of the outlet pipe at the other end of the head, which is called the pipe side; Another fluid enters the shell through the nozzles and flows out of the shell through another nozzles. This is called the shell side.
3.2 Advantages of tubular heat exchanger:
1, High heat transfer coefficient: threaded tube is made of stainless steel with high thermal conductivity of the internal and
external thread combined with high efficiency heat transfer element, made of threaded tube heat exchanger, in the case of fluid resistance is not large, it forms strong turbulence, greatly improve the heat transfer coefficient inside and outside the tube.
2. Compact structure: large heat transfer area per unit volume. The total heat transfer coefficient is high, so the floor area is greatly reduced, saving materials and space.
3. It is not easy to scale: due to the special concave and convex structure of the threaded pipe, it produces multi-flow layer and rotating shape scouring effect inside and outside the pipe. In addition, the heat extension and cold contraction of the pipe will not leave impurities inside and outside the pipe wall, so it is not easy to scale and the long-term operation effect is good.
4, Not easy to leak: the length of the product seal, the thick thread of the thread pipe similar to the expansion joint, its own

A5: Subject to machines and the situation in your factory. If everything is
ready, it will take about 5 days for installation, and 5-10 days for testing and training .
