3.1 Tubular HTST Sterilizer introduction

Tubular HTST sterilizer, mainly used in various concentrated fruit pulp and various sauces and other products sterilization and cooling, touch screen operation automatic control with self-cleaning and reverse cleaning system.

Widely used in milk, juice, tea drinks, milk drinks, ketchup, seasoning, beer, cream, ice cream, egg products, solid powder and other products of the original formula determination and update, product taste discrimination, color evaluation, stabilizer/emulsifier application, new product research and development and sample production.

Tubular HTST Sterilizer Controlling and Basic Parameters

1-Control mode: semi-automatic control, full automatic control (PLC control, touch screen display).

2-Equipment main configuration: Material pump, hot water pump balance tank, steam controlling system, hot water system, temperature control and recorder, electrical control system, flow rate meter, and CIP cleaning system etc. (steam heating and electric heating )
