3.1 Product introduction:
Vacuum degasser uses vacuum at low temperature to remove the air (oxygen )in milk or fruit juice, restrain browning, prevent pigment, Vitamin C, fragrant content and other materials from being oxidized and enhance the quality.
It can remove the gas absorbed on the pulp granules to prevent the upper floating of granules and maintain good appearance of product.
It can reduce the bubbling during the canning and sterilization.
It can be fitted with the sterilizer unit to realize full-automatic control.
Main parts of vacuum degasser :
The equipment consists of a vacuum degassing tank, vacuum pump, and centrifugal pump, featuring food-grade stainless steel construction with silicone rubber seals. It offers a processing capacity ranging from 500 to 15,000 L/h and a vacuum range of -0.064 to -0.087 MPa.
Operating on Henry's Law, it physically reduces pressure to release dissolved gases, which are expelled from the system via an automatic exhaust valve.
Supporting fully automated operation and parallel installation of multiple units, it offers technical advantages including cavitation elimination, noise reduction, and enhanced heat exchange efficiency. Typical applications include juice degassing for preservation, liquid milk production support, and free gas treatment in circulating water systems.

The functions of vacuum degassing machines include: Removing air (oxygen) from liquid materials to inhibit oxidation of pigments, vitamins, aromatic compounds, and other substances, thereby preventing quality degradation; Eliminating suspended micro-particles of gas within the liquid to suppress particle flotation and maintain visual integrity; Preventing foaming during canning and high-temperature sterilization that could compromise sterilization efficacy; Reducing corrosion on container inner walls to provide anti-corrosion protection.
