3.1 1. This Plate heating unit includes an optimised design with a rational layout, compact structure, and small footprint, reducing civil engineering costs and facilitating installation and maintenance.
2. This heat exchanger unit employs advanced control technologies, offering high levels of intelligence and automation, ease of operation, and the capability for unmanned operation.
3. This heat exchanger unit automatically replenishes water and maintains constant pressure, with the water replenishment pump capable of fully automatic operation or manual control.
4. All components of this unit are made of high-quality products, including high-efficiency plate heat exchangers and hot water pumps. The unit achieves efficient and rapid heat exchange, saves thermal energy, allows for easy capacity expansion, and requires simple maintenance. The entire unit is equipped with advanced and reasonable components and has a complete control system.
5. The product's outlet temperature is precisely regulated using PID control. Depending on the medium, different quality temperature sensors and proportional control valves are used.
3.2 Main Parts are following :
The heating System is composed of plate heat exchangers, intelligent temperature control devices, intelligent electrical control devices, circulating pumps, make-up water pumps, pressure stabilizing and expansion water tanks, make-up (condensate) water tanks, filters, valves, instruments, sensors, and piping bases, etc.
3.3 Products Advantages are following :
1. Automatic timed start/stop operation for plate heat exchanger units. Timed start/stop control can be implemented based on time, date, and different time periods.
2. Automatic timed switching of standby circulation pumps and heat exchangers. Timed switching of circulation pumps with automatic bypassing upon pump failure; timed switching between primary and standby plate heat exchangers to maximize system lifespan.
3. Automatic switching between fixed-frequency and variable-frequency operation. The system collects temperature and pressure signals to control variable-frequency operation of circulation pumps and makeup water pumps. It automatically switches between variable-frequency operation among multiple circulation pumps and makeup water pumps, as well as between variable-frequency and fixed-frequency modes.
4. Compared to intelligent heat exchanger units, plate heat exchanger units feature a simpler, more intuitive, and user-friendly human-machine interface for convenient operation. Equipped with a touchscreen, the system provides an excellent human-machine interface displaying complete system operating status, equipment conditions, and various thermal parameters with centralized digital display of operating parameters. It supports local control or networking with a central control room for convenient remote monitoring.
5. The plate heat exchanger unit boasts robust remote communication capabilities. It supports both wired and wireless connectivity to host computers, enabling LAN control as well as wireless monitoring. In the event of a fault, wireless alarm signals are instantly sent to the administrator's mobile device, allowing for immediate system maintenance.
